About the Doctor

Samantha Armentrout is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a background in primary care and advanced clinical training in cardiovascular health. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University and has experience managing a wide range of acute and chronic conditions across the lifespan.

Samantha has a particular interest in cardiology, including hypertension management, heart failure, and preventative cardiovascular care. She is passionate about helping patients understand their health conditions and empowering them to take an active role in their care.

Her approach focuses on providing thoughtful, evidence-based care while building strong, trusting relationships with her patients. She values clear communication and strives to create a comfortable environment where patients feel heard and supported.

Outside of work, Samantha enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and staying active.
